Sexual Frustration
|

When sexual energy builds and isn't released, acupressure can be
helpful for relaxation. Use the following five-step acupressure routine
for relieving sexual frustration.
Have your partner lie down comfortably on his or her back.
1. Press the Groin
Place the palms of your hands on your partner's groin (Sp 12, Sp 13)
where the tops of the legs join the trunk of the body. Adjust your
hands to comfortably fit the shape of your partner's body, with your
fingertips resting on the lower belly. Gradually lean some of your
weight over your hands, directing the pressure into the lower
abdomen. Have your partner breathe long, slow, deep breaths into
the belly as you maintain the pressure in the groin for about 2
minutes.

2. Chest-Belly Palming
Sit close to your partner's waist. Place the palm of one hand on the
center of your partner's breastbone (CV 17) and the palm of your
other hand in the center of your partner's lower belly, between the
belly button and pubic bone (CV 4-CV 6). Encourage your partner to
take slow deep breaths as you lightly rest your hands on your
partner's body for 2 minutes.

3. Chest Press
With your fingers, probe both sides of your partner's chest, feeling for
any tightness below the collarbone. When you feel a tight spot, hold
directly on it with light-to-firm pressure, depending upon your
partner's preference. Hold both sides of the tightest muscles of the
chest as you encourage your partner to breathe slowly and deeply
into your finger pressure.

4. Squeeze Down the Arms
Use your hands on both sides to squeeze down the arm muscles from
the shoulder to the Inner Gate (P 6). Hold these points on both sides
with light pressure, using your thumbs, for 1 minute.
5. Finger Press
With your thumb and index finger, gently pull as you squeeze down
the length of each finger, from the base to the nail. Do this for all ten
fingers to move your partner's frustration out of his or her body.
