Vertigo, Dizziness & Endocrine Balancing Acupressure Points

GV 26 point Lady practicing breathing I was asked, “What Acupressure points are good for vertigo or dizziness?”

Use GV 26, pressing firmly above your upper lip onto the gum. Hold for 2 minutes.

Then press CV 17, located on the center of your breastbone, and breathe slowly and deeply for 2 more minutes.

Do this 2 or 3 times a day for both prevention and relief of vertigo and dizziness.

Also try these additional Acupressure points

  • Press P 6 and TW 5, the Inner Gate and Outer Gate points, for a few minutes on each side. They are located on the inside and outside of your forearm, two and one-half finger-widths from the wrist crease. Use the thumb and index finger of your right hand to hold both points at the same time on your left arm. Then switch and hold the points on your right arm.
  • Hold the top of the head (GV 20) with the Third Eye (GV 24.5). Breathe deeply and slowly as you hold the points. Using these Acupressure points before going to sleep and when waking up is very healing for fibromyalgia, insomnia, headaches, stress, vertigo, dizziness, and hormonal balance.
