Facial Beauty Point for the Acupressure Face Lift

The Acupressure techniques I practice daily for wellness have such value. So I feel inspired to show you the Acupressure Facial Beauty point to help you look your best.

This point tones the facial muscles and increases blood and energy circulation throughout your face. That means it’s a gateway for both the life force, the Qi or Chi, and also the blood to flow freely. This is one major reason why the Acupressure Face Lift works to both prevent and relieve wrinkles and sagging skin.

This master Facial Beauty Acupressure point (St 3) is located at the bottom of the cheekbone, directly underneath the pupil.

To hold the Facial Beauty point, apply the pressure gradually, pressing slightly upward onto the bottom of your cheekbone. Hold the point for a few minutes, then release the pressure gradually. You can hold it either on both sides at once, or one side at a time.

More Benefits of St 3 This point has many tremendous health benefits.

Sinus Problems It relieves a stuffy nose, nasal congestion, and the pressure or pain associated with sinus difficulties.

Toothache & Eye Pain or Irritation I use this point for tooth pain, eye ache, eye irritation, and swelling around the eyes. I have even used this point successfully on a client for facial paralysis.

With aging, the connective tissue is weakened, resulting in sagging skin and wrinkles. Acupressure facial points both tone and relax facial muscles and strengthen the connective tissue, which attaches the skin to the muscles.
