Relieve Anxiety & Stress
Acupressure Calming Points

There’s so much anxiety, tension, and stress in today’s world — we all have to deal with it. You know, the world would be a better place if more people knew Acupressure, especially its calming points. Most people hold in their stress, and their body stores it as internal pressures and muscular tension. This imbalances your body over time, resulting in hundreds of stress-related disorders.

To learn these special points, watch this video, and hold them along with me. Below the video, you’ll find written instructions and photos to show you how to use these valuable points.

Acupressure Calming Points

How to Use the Points
Hold each of these points for a few minutes while you take long, deep breaths. You can use them throughout the day, any time you’re nervous or need to deal with stress, and also if you just want to feel better.

Inner Gate (P 6)

P 6, called the Inner Gate, is located three finger-widths down from the center of your wrist crease, in between your bones and tendon cords. This Acupressure point balances your feelings, perceptions, and inner awareness. It also balances and calms your internal condition. Breathe deeply as you hold the point on either side.

Sea of Tranquility Point (CV 17)

CV 17, known as the Sea of Tranquility, is on the center of your breastbone, in an indentation or dip in the bone. Hold this point and breathe deeply whenever you begin to feel anxious or nervous. This Acupressure point has an immediate calming effect when you’re tense, in emotional distress, or under some kind of pressure or stress.

I suggest ending Acupressure routines with this calming point. Hold CV 17 as a final balancing step.
