Embraces stimulate erotic as well as healing acupressure points naturally.

Acupressure for Lovers uses the hands and other parts of the body to apply pressure and suction. This activates the same points known to be medically therapeutic in both Acupuncture and Acupressure. When these points are stimulated to heighten lovemaking, they can awaken sexual energy, deepen pleasure, and cultivate sexual intimacy. Acupressure for Lovers shows you how graphically – using 400 illustrations.

This article presents acupressure points that can arouse your partner and build sexual energy. You can also use these points to reawaken sexual energy that has been dormant in your love relationship.

My Lovers DVD Presents 12 Lovemaking Points and my voice fully guides you into a 20-minute erotic routine, which stimulates all of these points. In this article, I describe how to activate special acupressure arousal points.

Sacral Points Open Sexual Energy at the base of the spine.

Sexual Arousal Points: Firm prolonged pressure into the small indentations of the large triangular bone at the base of the spine (the sacrum) is used to relieve menstrual cramps, labor pains, sciatica, and low back pain. Pressing the acupressure sacral points stimulates the genital region as well, so it’s often sexually arousing.

Directions for Lovers: Ask your partner to lie down on his or her stomach and straddle his or her buttocks. With the heels of your hands, apply pressure to the base of your partner’s spine. Lean most of the weight of your upper body into the heels of your hands, firmly pressing the sacral points for a couple minutes, as you encourage your partner to breathe deeply and allow sexual energy to swell.

With Acupressure for Lovers, sexual energy builds. Acupressure arousal points can be touched to open sexual energy. However, adventurous lovers can kiss, suck and lick the points, which further heightens, tantalizes, and arouses your partner’s sexual energy.

The sacral points for lovers not only increases or arouses sexual energy, but also relieves sciatic pain, low back pain, menstrual cramps, and prevents arthritis in the hip. These vital sacral points also release emotional frustrations.

Use all your fingertips to hold Sp 16 at the base of your rib cage, 4 to 5 times a day, as you focus on taking slow, deep breaths. If after a few days you still have the pain, please see a doctor to gain a medical perspective.

This design is wicked! You most certainly know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!

What points would help if any with reaching an orgasm?

I’m a 30 year old female and have never had one and don’t know why not or what I can do to help.

There is so much to say to you. First, being with a partner how you can totally trust, is the foundation. If you have not been able to make yourself come and you have tried, there are acupressure points that can open where your sexual energy is getting blocked. Plus, explore super long deep breaths and let yourself totally relax. I wrote a whole book on this called Acupressure for Lovers if you want to see and explore many ways to open your sexual energy and orgasm.
