|| How to Place an Order
You can make an order at anytime, any day. Just choose a topic on the left by clicking on it. When you see something you want to order, click on the yellow "Buy It" at the bottom of the product. This puts the product in your cart. You may continue shopping or complete your order by paying with a credit card.
If you do not have a credit card, or your Master or Visa Card does not go through, email Orders@acupressure.com with the products you want to order and the address you would like the products shipped to. We will send you the total amount, including shipping and handling. Then send a bank or cashier's check in US funds made out to Acupressure.com and send to:

USPS (United States Postal Service): If you choose UPSP, which is the cheapest shipping choice and not trackable, your item(s) can not be replaced free of charge if lost or damaged, since there is no tracking. If a product is lost, the shipping must be trackable for free replacement.
Due to the distance in shipping, foreign orders are not guaranteed, if lost or damaged.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return product(s) in new condition within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. All returns must be sent via a carrier that offers trackable shipping. Please complete our Return Authorization Form (RA) to receive your Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Include with your return - a copy of the automatic email confirmation we send you.
For Returns: Email shipper's tracking number and Return Authorization Number to email@example.com. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 15% restocking fee and customer would be responsible for all shipping charges. Refund will be processed after receiving all items in favorable condition given the terms stated above.
- Volume Discount Purchases are non-returnable.

- CDs and DVDs are not returnable unless defective. We will replace defective products.
